Do you have a physical shop?
Yes, we have a Macro Mode shop on the First Floor of Adreno Sydney – 678 Botany Road, Alexandria, Sydney. It is 5 minutes from the airport or 15 minutes from the CBD.
Do your products come with an Australian warranty?
Yes, our products come with an Australian based warranty. Please contact us, if you have an issue with a product purchased from us.
Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
No, for security reasons we only deliver to a physical home or office address.
How long will delivery take?
In stock items are normally delivered in 2-5 days to most areas when sent via StarTrack Courier. We will advise delivery times for special orders and out of stock items.
Is the delivery insured?
No, insurance is not included in the postage price, however we can add insurance if required. Please contact us for the insurance cost.
Note: We send lots of packages each week and the StarTrack Courier
service we use has never lost a parcel. We also send the tracking details of your order once your package has been dispatched.
Can I purchase online, but pick up from your store?
Yes, please contact us to make arrangements or place a note when your order.
What do I need to do if I need a product repaired or serviced?

Why do the prices on your site change so often?
We import products regularly from overseas and our prices are dependent on exchange rates. If you would like to order any product that is not in stock, the price will be locked in once you confirm the order and have paid a deposit.
Do you offer package discounts?
Yes, if you are interested in purchasing 3 or more items and your total invoice is over $1000 when purchased at the same time, we may be able to offer you discounted package price. Please contact us for a specific quote.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via credit card, direct deposit or cash. Credit card payments can be placed through our secure online payment service. Please contact us for direct deposit details.
Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes, all orders placed through our shopping cart are sent through an encrypted secure service.
Can I purchase over the phone?
Yes, you can pay by credit card or direct deposit.
Do you sell products duty free if I am heading overseas?
No, we are not able to sell products within Australia without GST (Government Sales Tax).If you buy within 60 days you may be able to claim a tax refund through the TRS scheme. Please confirm the latest requirements.
Can you send products internationally (outside of Australia).
We do not ship to all countries. Please contact us for more details and shipping costs.
Note: It is very important to check with your local government to find out if there will be any Taxes, Duties or Customs fees incurred by importing the goods you request. You are liable for these fees and payment will be required before the local government releases the package for delivery. These fees are separate to the postage & handling costs paid to us.

What is a special order product?
Special order products are those that we do not keep in stock and only order as requested by customers. You will be notified when the product you would like to order is not in stock.
Do you supply a Tax Invoice with orders?
Yes all orders are supplied with a Tax Invoice.
